What Can You Do With a Political Science Degree?

Political science students develop a diverse skill set that leads to an array of career paths. Internships in Washington, D.C. — You can join fellow students and a faculty member for a life-changing D.C. 学期 经验 of learning, development, and service. As part of your D.C. 经验, you will complete a valuable real-world internship that will help you decide what career options to pursue, build your résumé, and provide 经验 that sets you apart from those you will be competing against in the job market. 作为D的一部分.C. 学期, our students have interned at the U.S. 参议院,你.S. Program Curriculum

Building on your core liberal arts and Bible minor courses, you will take courses in a variety of areas, 包括法律, political philosophy, international relations, and American government.     International diplomacy is an exercise in tenacity and tact — qualities displayed by Cedarville University’s Model United Nations team, which received the Outstanding Delegation honor in the Model U.N. international competition in New York City. The closing ceremony was held at the United National General Assembly hall.

  • A Molecular Biology Student’s 学期 in 华盛顿D.C.

    华盛顿D.C. is not an easy place for outsiders, but one Cedarville University student overcame the odds. Claudia Gemmel, a sophomore majoring in molecular biology, landed a spot in the fall 2023 D.C. semester and became an outlier among nine juniors and seniors majoring in history or government.
